A Day at elBulli

Enjoying my new book A Day at elBulli
elBulli was a Michelin 3-star restaurant in Spain,
run by chef Ferran AdriĆ .

The small restaurant was described as
"the most imaginative generator of haute cuisine on the planet."
The restaurant was open for 6 months a year, for dinner only.
They would receive 2,000,000 reservation requests
for 8,000 spaces each year.
Daily there were 60-70 staff members for 50 customers.
Each meal had between 28 to 35 dishes.
An average of 3 to 4 hours to complete dinner.

Sounds like fun!
